Carol Beebe

Mental Health Counselor - Graduate Student

Bellingham Office and Telehealth

We all have times in our lives when we feel stuck and need support and direction to move forward. You may be experiencing unwanted anxiety, depression, difficulties in relationships or even impact from trauma that are keeping you from realizing your goals. Through counseling, life can be better!

My approach is one of building trust and safety in the counseling relationship. We will work collaboratively to create goals towards the positive outcomes you desire. I find it important to have you explore the interconnectivity between mental, physical, emotional and spiritual (if requested) well-being. You will be listened to, encouraged, and at times challenged to take the steps needed to grow!

My personal and professional experiences have created opportunities for me to work with people of all different ages and backgrounds. I enjoy the variety of working with children, adolescents, young adults and adults. My goal is to creatively tailor the therapeutic process to best meet the needs of each client’s development and goals.

I have lived in the Pacific Northwest for all my life and love the natural beauty of this area. I thrive on being outside hiking, mountain biking, and more recently exploring the many camping areas around the State. I also avidly enjoy reading. My background is varied, with career experiences as a public-school educator, business owner, and as a leadership/career coach. I am currently finishing my graduate degree at Colorado Christian University, and I am an intern at Hope & Thrive Counseling Center. If my background and approach may be a match for your counseling needs, please reach out for an initial conversation. No matter what you are going through, change and growth is possible!
