Reina Roethe
Mental Health Counselor Associate
Bellingham Office and Telehealth
Hi, my name is Reina. I am glad you are here. Life can be a rollercoaster of emotions, and it's okay not to have all the answers. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, navigating the highs, lows, and everything in between.

My approach is deeply rooted in understanding the impact of trauma. I believe that acknowledging past wounds is the first step toward healing. With empathy and competence, I'll help you explore your past and present, supporting you in finding resilience and strength within.

Our connections with others are at the heart of our well-being. Through attachment-based interventions, I'll guide you in building healthier, more meaningful relationships. We'll work together to strengthen your sense of self and your connections with loved ones.

In our sessions, authenticity is key. You can expect a judgment-free, open, and compassionate environment where you can be your true self. I'm here to listen, understand, and offer guidance as we collaborate on your unique path to healing.

No matter where you are on your journey, please know that you are enough just as you are. I'm here to remind you of your inherent worth and to walk beside you as you discover your inner strength.

I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Psychology at Life Pacific University in Southern California in 2017 and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwest University in Kirkland, WA in 2023. I love the PNW and all that it has to offer!
